Shipping Policy

Shipping is available within the UAE only.
Delivery fee: AED 30 to all Emirates.

Processing Time:
Orders require 1–2 hours preparation before dispatch.

Delivery Time:
Daily from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Delays:
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic or incorrect customer address.

Wrong Address:
If the customer enters the wrong address, a second delivery fee may apply.

Damaged Orders:
If the order arrives damaged, please send photos within 24 hours.
