Welcome to Gloriaa Crafts. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.⁠ ⁠Products
All our products are handmade. Slight variations in color, shape, or fragrance are normal and not considered defects.

2.⁠ ⁠Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full online.
We accept: Apple Pay & Credit Cards.
Orders will not be processed without successful payment.

3.⁠ ⁠Delivery
Delivery is available within the UAE only.
Delivery fee: AED 30.
Delivery time: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
Same-day delivery depends on availability.

4.⁠ ⁠Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour from purchase.
After preparation starts, cancellation is not possible.

5.⁠ ⁠Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of handmade items, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged.
Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours with photos.
